Volunteer Opportunities:
Artist Product Sales – Duties include selling artist merchandise of t-shirts, CDs, etc.
Activity Stations – Ensure the smooth running of various activity stations including paddle boats, canoes, and swimming pool gate.
Entrance Booth – Love to greet and welcome people? Duties include welcoming guests to the festival, handing out festival programs, and answering any questions upon arrival.
Ministry Team – Do you have a heart for one-on-one ministry? Do you love to pray and minister with people? Consider volunteering in the prayer tent during the weekend. Short training is required.
Hospitality – The hospitality team helps feed our volunteers and artists during the festival. Primary duties include food prep, working in the kitchen and serving.
Risk Management/Security – The festival has many gated areas that need Security workers to check badges, golf carts, etc. If you enjoy working a gate this is the area for you.
Parking – It takes many volunteers to make sure the festival traffic flow runs smoothly. Volunteers assist drivers to the correct location to enter and exit the festival grounds. This is a great area to work for youth groups or church groups wanting to all work together in the same time frame.
Operations – If you are “hands on” and love to fix things then this is the department for you. Operations makes sure the entire festival works and runs as needed, including trash disposal.
Stage crew – Duties include lifting, loading and unloading equipment on and off stages.
Festival Set-up/Tear-Down – All volunteers willing to help prepare the grounds and then tear down after.
